Endorfina Retreats ("Endorfina," "we," "us," or "our") is a luxury running and wellness retreat brand offering curated group travel experiences, training sessions, wellness activities, and related services. Endorfina Retreats operates independently and is not a medical, fitness, or travel insurance provider.

Acceptance of Terms

 

By accessing our website, registering interest, booking a retreat, or participating in any Endorfina Retreats experience, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using our services.

 

Eligibility & Participation

 

You confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old.

  • You are physically and mentally fit to participate in running, fitness, outdoor, and wellness activities.

  • You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or limitations prior to participation.

  • You will follow all safety instructions provided by Endorfina Retreats, hotel staff, and activity leaders.

You acknowledge that failure to comply with safety guidelines or hotel rules may result in removal from activities or the retreat, without refund.

Participation is entirely voluntary and at your own risk.

 

Assumption of Risk

 

You understand and acknowledge that travel, running, fitness training, outdoor activities, and wellness experiences involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Physical injury, illness, or death

  • Accidents during training, excursions, or transportation

  • Environmental hazards (terrain, weather, wildlife, ocean conditions)

  • Exposure to illness or disease

You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in any Endorfina Retreats experience.

 

Medical Disclaimer

Endorfina Retreats does not provide medical advice. Any guidance related to fitness, running, recovery, nutrition, or wellness is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. You are solely responsible for monitoring your health and limitations.

 

Waiver & Release of Liability

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, waive, indemnify, and hold harmless

 

Endorfina Retreats, its founders, partners, contractors, employees, guides, affiliates, and venue partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to:

  • Participation in any retreat or activity

  • Use of hotel facilities, common areas, wellness spaces, and outdoor environments

  • Travel arrangements and third-party services

  • Injury, illness, death, or emotional distress

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal property

 

This includes claims arising from negligence, acts or omissions of third-party suppliers, or fellow guests, except where prohibited by law.

This applies whether such claims arise from negligence or otherwise, except where prohibited by law.

 

Travel, Accommodation & Third Parties

 

Endorfina Retreats partners with independent third-party suppliers including, but not limited to, hotels, transportation providers, activity operators, wellness professionals, and excursion vendors (collectively, "Suppliers"). These Suppliers operate independently and are not under the control of Endorfina Retreats.

 

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • Endorfina Retreats is not responsible for the acts, omissions, negligence, insolvency, delays, cancellations, force majeure events, or failures of any Supplier.

  • Any injury, damage, loss, or expense arising from the use of hotel facilities, participation in hotel-provided services, or Supplier activities is the sole responsibility of the guest.

  • You agree to comply with all hotel rules, safety procedures, and staff instructions during your stay.

 

All bookings with third parties are subject to their own terms and conditions.

 

Payments, Deposits & Cancellations

 

Payment terms, deposit schedules, and cancellation policies are outlined at the time of booking and may vary by retreat. All payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance.

 

Changes, Force Majeure & Cancellations by Endorfina

 

We reserve the right to modify itineraries, accommodations, activities, schedules, or retreat dates due to operational, safety, weather, minimum participation thresholds, supplier changes, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or acts of God).

If a retreat must be canceled, delayed, or materially altered due to circumstances beyond our control, Endorfina Retreats shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred by guests. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid directly to Endorfina Retreats for the retreat package, excluding third-party costs.

 

Travel Insurance (Required)

 

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all guests participating in an Endorfina Retreat. You must obtain travel insurance that includes, at a minimum, coverage for:

​

  • Medical expenses and emergency medical evacuation

  • Trip cancellation, interruption, and delays

  • Personal injury and accident coverage

 

Proof of valid travel insurance may be requested prior to departure. Failure to obtain adequate insurance is grounds for denial of participation, without refund.

 

Photography & Media Release

 

By participating in an Endorfina Retreat, you grant us the irrevocable right to use photographs, videos, and other media captured during the retreat for marketing, promotional, and editorial purposes, unless you notify us in writing prior to the retreat.

 

Intellectual Property

 

All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and materials, is the property of Endorfina Retreats and may not be reproduced without written permission.

 

Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Endorfina Retreats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

 

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

 

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of Portugal.
